AN ACT REQUIRING THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC HEALTH TO
CONSULT WITH THE CONNECTICUT ASSOCIATION OF
PROFESSIONAL TATTOOERS WHEN ADOPTING REGULATIONS
CONCERNING TATTOOING.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require the Department of 1
Public Health to consult with the Connecticut Association of 2
Professional Tattooers when adopting regulations concerning 3
tattooing. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To require input from the Connecticut Association of Professional
Tattooers in the promulgation of regulations concerning tattooing.
