AN ACT REQUIRING ELECTRONIC NICOTINE DELIVERY SYSTEMS
TO BE LABELED AS CIGARETTES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require that electronic 1
nicotine delivery systems be clearly labeled as cigarettes. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To require labeling of electronic nicotine delivery systems as cigarettes.
