AN ACT RAISING THE MINIMUM AGE TO PURCHASE TOBACCO
PRODUCTS FROM EIGHTEEN TO TWENTY -ONE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to raise the minimum age to 1
purchase tobacco products from eighteen to twenty-one. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To raise the age to purchase tobacco products.
