AN ACT CONCERNING EVALUATION OF PROGRAMS FUNDED BY
THE DEPARTMENT OF MENTAL HEALTH AND ADDICTION
SERVICES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 17a-451 of the general statutes be amended to require 1
the Commissioner of Mental Health and Addiction Services to oversee 2
evaluations by private vendors of department-funded programs. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To provide proper evaluation of programs funded by the Department
of Mental Health and Addiction Services.
