AN ACT CONCERNING THE CONNECTICUT AIRPORT AND AVIATION
ACCOUNT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That subsection (a) of section 13b-50c of the general statutes be 1
amended to permit the executive director of the Connecticut Airport 2
Authority, rather than the Commissioner of Transportation, to expend 3
moneys in the Connecticut airport and aviation account. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To permit the executive director of the Connecticut Airport Authority
to expend moneys in the Connecticut airport and aviation account.
