AN ACT CONCERNING THE ADMINISTRATION OF GLUCAGON IN
SCHOOLS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 10-212a of the general statutes be amended to remove 1
the requirement that a qualified school employee voluntarily agrees to 2
administer glucagon to a student with diabetes. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To remove the requirement that a qualified school employee
voluntarily agrees to administer glucagon to a student with diabetes.
