AN ACT CONCERNING THE SEGREGATION AND REPORTING OF
CERTAIN HIGH SCHOOL GRADUATION RATES DATA.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That subsection (c) of section 10-10a of the general statutes be 1
amended to require that school-level and school district graduation 2
rates data include segregated data relating to student enrollment in or 3
graduation from middle college programs, early college high school 4
programs and Connecticut Early College Opportunity programs, as 5
those terms are defined in section 31-11ff of the general statutes. 6
Statement of Purpose:
To include students enrolled in a dual high school and college degree
program in a school district's annual graduation rate.
