AN ACT CONCERNING A REPORT ON GRADUATION DATA FOR THE
TECHNICAL EDUCATION AND CAREER SYSTEM.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 10-95k of the general statutes be amended to require 1
the Technical Education and Career System board to annually provide 2
a detailed report on the graduation rates for each program of study 3
offered. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To require a detailed report on the graduation rates of students
enrolled in the Technical Education and Career System.
