AN ACT CONCERNING SEWER USE CHARGES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That chapter 103 of the general statutes be amended to require that 1
summer sewer use charges be based on the average sewer use of the 2
remaining three quarters of the year and not based on summer water 3
usage. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To prevent sewer authorities from charging sewer use charges for
summer water use.
