AN ACT REQUIRING MEDICAL MARIJUANA TO BE INCLUDED IN
THE PRESCRIPTION DRUG MONITORING PROGRAM.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 21a-254 of the general statutes be amended to require 1
any dispensing of medical marijuana to be included in the prescription 2
drug monitoring program. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To require that medical marijuana be included in the prescription drug
monitoring program.
