AN ACT WITHDRAWING CONNECTICUT FROM THE NATIONAL
POPULAR VOTE INTERSTATE COMPACT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 9-175a of the general statutes be repealed, withdrawing 1
the state from the Agreement Among the States to Elect the President 2
of the United States by National Popular Vote. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To withdraw the state from the National Popular Vote Interstate
Compact.
