AN ACT ELIMINATING ELECTION DAY REGISTRATION.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That title 9 of the general statutes be amended to provide that no 1
person may be admitted as an elector on the day on which a regular 2
election is held. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To eliminate election day registration.
