AN ACT EXPANDING THE KATIE BECKETT WAIVER PROGRAM.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 17b-283 of the general statutes be amended to increase 1
funding for the Katie Beckett waiver program and allow more children 2
and young adults with severe disabilities to receive care at home. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To increase the number of children and young adults with severe
disabilities who may receive care at home under a Medicaid waiver
program.
