AN ACT REQUIRING HEALTH INSURANCE COVERAGE FOR SMITH -
MAGENIS SYNDROME.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That title 38a of the general statutes be amended to require health 1
insurance coverage for the diagnosis and treatment of Smith-Magenis 2
syndrome. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To require health insurance coverage for the diagnosis and treatment
of Smith-Magenis syndrome.
