AN ACT ESTABLISHING A RIGHT TO APPEAL THE DECISION OF A
MUNICIPAL ETHICS BOARD TO THE SUPERIOR COURT UNDER THE
UNIFORM ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEDURES ACT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That chapter 54 of the general statutes be amended to provide a 1
right to appeal the decision of a municipal ethics board to the Superior 2
Court in accordance with the provisions of the Uniform 3
Administrative Procedures Act. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To provide a right to appeal the decision of a municipal ethics board to
the Superior Court in accordance with the provisions of the Uniform
Administrative Procedures Act.
