AN ACT CONCERNING THE POSTING OF LEGAL NOTICES ON
MUNICIPAL WEB SITES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 1-2 of the general statutes be amended to allow a 1
municipality the option of posting legal notices on its Internet web site. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To allow municipalities to post legal notices on their Internet web sites.
