AN ACT ESTABLISHING A PILOT PROGRAM FOR PERSONS WITH
DIABETES SEEKING TREATMENT FOR A SUBSTANCE USE
DISORDER.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to establish a pilot program in 1
one or more facilities that provide substance use disorder treatment 2
services to assist persons with diabetes who are seeking treatment for a 3
substance use disorder. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To assist persons with diabetes who are seeking help with a substance
use disorder.
