AN ACT EXPANDING THE FRACKING WASTE BAN.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to expand the state's fracking 1
waste ban to include all gas and oil extraction wastes and brines, 2
drilling wastes and radioactive brines. Additionally, such ban should 3
be expanded to include private facilities. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To expand the fracking waste ban to include all gas and oil extraction
wastes and brines.
