AN ACT PROHIBITING THE PURCHASE OR USE OF ARTIFICIAL
TURF BY THE STATE AND MUNICIPALITIES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to prohibit the state and 1
municipalities from purchasing and using artificial turf. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To prohibit the state and municipalities from purchasing and using
artificial turf.
