AN ACT PROHIBITING THE SALE OF CETACEANS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to prohibit the sale of 1
cetaceans in the state. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To prohibit the sale and purchase of cetaceans in the state.
