AN ACT AUTHORIZING SUNDAY HUNTING ON PUBLIC AND
PRIVATE LANDS BY SHOTGUN AND RIFLE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to authorize hunting on 1
Sundays on public and private lands by means of shotgun and rifle. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To expand authorized Sunday hunting means from just bow and
arrow to shotgun and rifle on both public and private lands.
