AN ACT AUTHORIZING SPECIAL TAX OBLIGATION BONDS OF THE
STATE FOR A RAIL STATION IN ENFIELD.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the State Bond Commission be empowered to authorize the 1
issuance of bonds of the state in accordance with sections 13b-74 to 2
13b-77, inclusive, of the general statutes, in principal amounts not 3
exceeding in the aggregate fifteen million dollars, the proceeds of 4
which shall be used by the Department of Transportation for the 5
purpose of constructing a rail station in Enfield. 6
Statement of Purpose:
To construct a rail station in Enfield.
