AN ACT ESTABLISHING A TAX CREDIT FOR MEAT PROCESSORS 
THAT VOLUNTEER THEIR SERVICES FOR CERTAIN PURPOSES. 
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General 
Assembly convened: 
 
That title 12 of the general statutes be amended to establish a tax 1 
credit for meat processors that volunteer their services to process 2 
surplus hunting meat for donation to local food banks and similar 3 
charitable organizations in the state. 4 
Statement of Purpose:   
To establish a tax credit for meat processors that volunteer their 
services to process surplus hunting meat for donation to local food 
banks and similar charitable organizations in the state.
