AN ACT CONCERNING THE SOCIAL SECURITY BENEFITS
EXEMPTION FROM THE PERSONAL INCOME TAX.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 12-01 of the general statutes be amended to exempt 1
from the personal income tax all Social Security benefits for all income 2
levels. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To exempt from the personal income tax all Social Security benefits for
all income levels.
