Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 8-30g of the general statutes be repealed to eliminate 1
the affordable housing land use appeals procedure. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To eliminate the affordable housing land use appeals procedure.
