AN ACT REDEFINING "THIRD-PARTY ADMINISTRATOR" TO
INCLUDE PHARMACY BENEFITS MANAGERS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 38a-720 of the general statutes be amended to redefine 1
"third-party administrator" to include pharmacy benefits managers. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To redefine "third-party administrator" to include pharmacy benefits
managers.
