AN ACT CONCERNING THE EVALUATION AND TRACKING OF
PROSECUTIONS OF CRIMES COMMITTED WITH THE USE OF A
FIREARM.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require the Connecticut 1
Sentencing Commission to evaluate and track outcomes resulting from 2
the prosecution of persons charged with committing a crime with a 3
firearm. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To require the Connecticut Sentencing Commission to evaluate and
track outcomes resulting from the prosecution of persons charged with
committing a crime with a firearm.
