Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to permit municipalities to 1
assist homeowners associations in natural disaster recovery efforts. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To permit municipalities to assist homeowners associations in natural
