AN ACT CONCERNING THE CONNECTICUT SITING COUNCIL
ASSESSMENT OF ELECTRIC SUPPLIERS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 16-50r of the general statutes be amended to prohibit 1
the Connecticut Siting Council from assessing electric suppliers and to 2
require such electric suppliers to pass on any resulting savings to such 3
electric suppliers' customers. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To prohibit the Connecticut Siting Council from assessing electric
suppliers and to require such electric suppliers to pass on any resulting
savings to such electric suppliers' customers.
