AN ACT REQUIRING THE ADOPTION OF RECOMMENDATIONS OF
CERTAIN FORENSIC EXAMINATIONS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to adopt the 1
recommendations of any forensic examination conducted pursuant to 2
subsection (h) of section 7-233c of the general statutes. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To require the adoption of the recommendations of certain forensic
examinations.
