AN ACT ESTABLISHING A FIVE-CENT-REDEMPTION FEE ON NIP
BOTTLES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to establish a five-cent-1
redemption fee on nip bottles. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To encourage the recycling of nip bottles.
