AN ACT EXEMPTING SENIOR CITIZENS FROM THE PASSPORT TO
THE STATE PARKS MOTOR VEHICLE REGISTRATION FEE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to exempt senior citizens from 1
the motor vehicle registration fee associated with the Passport to the 2
State Parks program. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To exempt senior citizens from the Passport to the State Parks motor
vehicle registration fee.
