AN ACT CONCERNING REGULATION OF SHELLFISH LEASES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require that any regulation 1
of shellfish leases in the state be adopted as a regulation in accordance 2
with the Uniform Administrative Procedure Act. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To require any regulation of shellfish leases to be adopted as a
regulation in accordance with the Uniform Administrative Procedure
Act.
