AN ACT CONCERNING PREPARATION OF THE STATE BUDGET
ACT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require that preparation of 1
the state budget act by the General Assembly commence in the joint 2
standing committee of the General Assembly having cognizance of 3
matters relating to finance, revenue and bonding. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To require that preparation of the state budget commence in the
Finance Committee.
