AN ACT REQUIRING TRANSPARENT, ACCURATE AND REAL -
WORLD DATA ON THE TRUE COST OF HEALTH CARE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require the provision of 1
transparent, accurate and real-world data to consumers on the true 2
cost of health care. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To give all consumers access to information regarding the costs
associated with their health care.
