AN ACT RAISING THE LEGAL AGE FOR PURCHASE AND USE OF
TOBACCO PRODUCTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to raise the legal age for the 1
purchase and use of tobacco products to twenty-one. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To raise the legal age for purchase and use of tobacco products.
