AN ACT EXEMPTING CERTAIN PROPERTIES FROM THE
REQUIREMENTS OF THE TRANSFER ACT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 22a-134 of the general statutes be amended to exempt 1
additional properties from the Transfer Act. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To exempt additional properties from the Transfer Act.
