AN ACT AUTHORIZING MUNICIPALITIES TO ENACT ORDINANCES
PROHIBITING THE USE OF PESTICIDES ON PRIVATE PROPERTY
WITHIN THEIR BOUNDARIES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to authorize municipalities to 1
prohibit the use of pesticides on private property within such 2
municipality's boundaries. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To provide for local control of pesticide use.
