AN ACT AUTHORIZING MUNICIPALITIES TO BAN THE TRAPPING OF
ANIMALS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to authorize municipalities to 1
ban the trapping of animals within the boundaries of such 2
municipality. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To provide for local control of animal trapping.
