AN ACT REPEALING THE TRANSFER FROM THE PUBLIC,
EDUCATIONAL AND GOVERNMENTAL PROGRAMMING AND
EDUCATION TECHNOLOGY INVESTMENT ACCOUNT (PEGPETIA) TO
THE GENERAL FUND.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 16-331ii of the general statutes be repealed. 1
Statement of Purpose:
To repeal the transfer from the public, educational and governmental
programming and education technology investment account to the
general fund.
