AN ACT EXEMPTING BOAT MOORINGS AND WINTER BOAT
STORAGE FROM THE DUES TAX.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That chapter 225 of the general statutes be amended to exempt boat 1
moorings and winter boat storage from the dues tax. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To exempt boat moorings and winter boat storage from the dues tax.
