2222 AN ACT RESTORING ELECTORAL PRIVILEGES TO CONVICTED

2424 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
2525 Assembly convened:

2727 That title 9 of the general statutes be amended to restore the 1
2828 electoral privileges of any convicted felon who has been released from 2
2929 confinement in a correctional institution or facility or a community 3
3030 residence but who has not been discharged from parole. 4

3232 To restore the electoral privileges of convicted felons who are on
