AN ACT CONCERNING A GRANT PROGRAM TO ENCOURAGE THE
REDEVELOPMENT OF UNUSED PROPERTIES IN URBAN AREAS AS
AFFORDABLE HOUSING.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That title 8 of the general statutes be amended to establish a grant 1
program encouraging the redevelopment of unused properties located 2
in urban areas as affordable housing. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To create a grant program to encourage the development of unused
properties in urban areas as affordable housing.
