25 | 25 | that a dog is a service animal or being trained as a service animal for 3 | |
26 | 26 | an individual with a disability, as such animal and individual are 4 | |
27 | 27 | defined in 28 CFR 35.104, as amended from time to time, for the 5 | |
28 | 28 | purpose of obtaining any rights or privileges afforded to such an 6 | |
29 | 29 | individual, unless such dog is a service animal or is being trained to be 7 | |
