AN ACT REQUIRING AGE VERIFICATION FOR ANY ELECTRONIC
NICOTINE DELIVERY SYSTEM OR VAPOR PRODUCT PURCHASED
OVER THE INTERNET.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 53-344b of the general statutes be amended to require 1
age verification for any electronic nicotine delivery system or vapor 2
product purchased over the Internet by an individual in this state to 3
ensure that the individual meets the age requirements of said section. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To require age verification for any electronic nicotine delivery system
or vapor product purchased over the Internet by a person in this state.
