AN ACT CONCERNING GOOD TIME CREDITS. 
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General 
Assembly convened: 
 
That chapter 320 of the general statutes be amended to prohibit 1 
persons currently eligible to collect the good time credits that were 2 
abolished in public act 93-219 because they were sentenced prior to the 3 
passage of said public act from collecting such credits going forward. 4 
Statement of Purpose:   
To prohibit persons who were sentenced prior to the abolishment of 
good time credits in 1993 from continuing to collect such credits.
