AN ACT CONCERNING THE POSTING OF CERTAIN INFORMATION
ON MUNICIPAL INTERNET WEB SITES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That title 7 of the general statutes be amended to require each 1
municipality to post on its Internet web site permit application forms, 2
the business hours during which individuals may apply for and view 3
permits and the addresses of the municipal buildings where 4
individuals may apply for and view permits. 5
Statement of Purpose:
To aid in the completion of municipal permitting requirements.
