AN ACT CONCERNING THE POWERS OF REGIONAL COUNCILS OF
GOVERNMENTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 4-124p of the general statutes be amended to permit 1
regional councils of governments to borrow funds, issue bonds, enter 2
into certain contractual agreements, obtain credit and be considered 3
agencies of the state for certain purposes. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To permit regional councils of governments to borrow funds, issue
bonds, enter into certain contractual agreements, obtain credit and be
considered agencies of the state for certain purposes.
