AN ACT ALLOWING WAIVER OF BUILDING PERMIT APPLICATION
FEES FOR CERTAIN VETERANS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 29-263 of the general statutes be amended to allow a 1
municipality to waive, for any veteran honorably discharged from 2
active service in the armed forces, the application fee for any permit to 3
construct or alter a building or structure. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To allow municipalities to waive building permit application fees for
veterans honorably discharged from active military service.
