AN ACT CONCERNING SERVICE BONUSES FOR CERTAIN
MEMBERS OF THE CONNECTICUT NATIONAL GUARD.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 27-61a of the general statutes be amended to increase 1
the maximum payment to certain members or former members of the 2
Connecticut National Guard called to active service on or after 3
September 11, 2001, who are or were deployed to areas designated as 4
combat zones by the President of the United States. 5
Statement of Purpose:
To increase the maximum payment to certain members of the
Connecticut National Guard who serve or have served in combat
zones.
